At The Pathway Academy, with our coaching syllabus, we focus on delivering high quality and intense football sessions to suit each individual players' needs.

With our Owner of the Academy, George Brown, a UEFA Qualified Coach who was an ex professional footballer and has a wealth of experience coaching and scouting in professional football academies, we can guarantee top quality sessions at the highest level.

 


More about our owner...


George worked his way through the Tottenham Hotspur's academy system where he spent 6 years at the club. After departing Tottenham at the age of 17, he joined Colchester United where he signed his first professional contract spending 5 years at the club.

Due to injury, George moved onto coaching where he completed his UEFA coaching badges as well as his scouting Talent Identification Qualifications, recruiting the best top talent in Europe and also has plenty of coaching experience working at Premier League clubs with Elite players.
